Snow cream in May? Yes, that is right. CiCi promised Zander that we would have some snow cream and we are just now getting around to it. He helped her make banana snow cream. She had saved snow from the last big snow that we had. They mixed vanilla, banana, egg substitute and splenda. Next they added the snow. It was really good and a nice reminder of the snow that we had this winter.
